We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Matter Management Analyst. This role will play a crucial part in configuring and implementing our matter management system, ensuring seamless workflows and user experience.
">About the Role- Assist in analysis and documentation of requirements for workflow and process improvement.
- Configure and implement the firm's matter management system and other internal applications.
- Identify workflow enhancements by conducting data analysis.
- Configure processes, documents, and workflows within the matter management system.
- Translate business and legal requirements into technology solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating developed solutions.
- You have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- You enjoy collaboration and providing a positive experience to end users.
- You have a strong understanding of legal document production processes and relationship with matter management.
- You have experience with configuring and managing matter management systems or similar systems.
