Job Title: Senior Audit Manager

As a seasoned audit professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's governance practices. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving innovation and advancement of audit methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of internal audit standards, regulatory expectations, and audit methodologies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining audit methodologies, driving innovative audit practices, and ensuring the quality of work performed across the organization.

You will lead a team of experienced auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality audits. Your strong analytical and commercial skills, combined with your ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, will be essential in driving enterprise-wide outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain audit methodologies that align with industry best practices.
  • Drive innovative audit practices, leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI and machine learning.
  • Ensure the quality of work performed by auditors, through continuous training and development programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, with a focus on governance and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with demonstrated ability to draw insights from analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
