This RoleKey Responsibilities- As a Collections Analyst, you will serve as the primary strategic and analytical resource for country managers and finance teams. You will analyze and interpret data sets related to collections processes, portfolio segmentation, and other key performance indicators.
- You will develop business recommendations based on data analysis, integrating multiple data sources to drive informed decision-making.
- By leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiencies, automate processes, and minimize human errors.
- You will prepare and deliver program status updates and presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership teams as needed.
- You will apply a technical mindset to identify operational drivers and propose data-driven solutions to improve collections outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Actuary, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or Statistics.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience working in Collections or Data departments in a medium-sized financial institution.
- Proficiency in using tools to manage large data sources and visualization, such as SQL, Snowflake, and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of CRM tools for Collections and experience with Agile settings.
