We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Holiday Season Retail Team Member to join our dynamic team at the Gold Coast Outlet store.

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for delivering AMAZING customer experiences and driving sales during the most festive time of the year.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Flexible with availability over the busy seasonal trading period and be available to work key dates including Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
  • Passionate about all things fashion.
  • Passionate about delivering AMAZING customer experiences.
  • An enthusiastic team player.
  • Looking for a dynamic, busy and fun work environment where no two days are the same.
  • Has flexible availability to work (weekends and late-night trade when required).
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.

Relaunched in 2008 by Tania Austin, DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing our footprint from 5 stores to over 140, with two online sites.

As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company, we believe our Dream Team are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.

Fast forward to today, we have extended our product offering to include D-LUXE Basics and DECJUBA Kids.
