Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
About the Role:This is a part-time opportunity as a Registered Nurse to work with Calvary Community Care in Launceston. You will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience for clients while at Calvary Community Care.
You will work within a back-to-base model, supporting our clients across Launceston with their nursing care needs. Your main duties will include working as part of a team to deliver nursing assessments, clinical care, and evaluations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing assessments and care plans for clients
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid driver's license
- First Aid Level 2 and CPR certification
