Job Responsibilities

  • Prioritize ongoing professional development to enhance understanding of early childhood education and development.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of children's progress and program planning.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the educational program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of Approved Learning Frameworks, child development, and learning theories.
  • Knowledge of National Quality Standards, ECA Code of Ethics, and Child Safe Standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators.
  • Mental agility to manage time effectively and respond to changing situations.
