**Job Opportunity: Catering Manager**

A prestigious private school in Kew is seeking an experienced catering manager to lead our hospitality team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for quality food, excellent service, and developing high-performing teams.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading and encouraging team members, and working closely with the head chef to ensure all legislative compliance and standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Managing retail, residential, and event catering operations
  • Leading and encouraging team members to develop their skills through performance planning and continuous training
  • Working closely with the head chef and other members of the catering team to ensure all legislative compliance and standards are met

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Significant experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Outstanding client service focus demonstrated by superior communication ability
- Strong business and financial management skills
- Proven experience in managing people and stress within a constantly changing and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work at different hours throughout the week, including nights and occasional weekend work
