We seek an experienced medical receptionist to deliver high-quality patient care and support our dedicated healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in medical reception, with a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care. We pride ourselves on delivering timely and efficient healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front-desk duties, including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and billing software management.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring patients feel welcome and supported throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with the practice team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.
- Part-time position with regular shifts Monday afternoons, Tuesday mornings, Friday afternoons, and one Saturday every two months.
- Relief shifts available to cover staff leave, offering flexibility and opportunities for additional income.
