We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist our Asset Managers in enhancing the presentation of airport precincts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Audit terminals and landside areas to identify improvements for passenger experience.
  2. Support Asset Managers in completing audits for quality of scope delivery and estate management.
  3. P Present identified items in the Melbourne Airport Business Park.
  4. Report safety hazards promptly.
  5. Support Asset Managers in managing Cleaning and Estate Management.
  6. Review service delivery requirements and complete audits based on completion of scope to standards.
  7. Identify contractual non-conformances to Asset Managers for review.
Requirements:
  1. Familiarity with fixture and fitting materials and their lifecycle preferred.
  2. Ability to generate reports on audit findings and track corrective actions.
  3. Experience in services delivery in a presentation-related capacity.
  4. Background in conducting audits for quality control, contract compliance, or service delivery in facilities management.
  5. Experience identifying and closing out safety hazards through audits or inspections.
  6. Background in working within environments with a strong focus on customer or passenger experience.
  7. Closely attention to detail.
