Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of code, configuration, and infrastructure releases within our organisation.

This includes overseeing third-party vendor integrations, managing Code Deployments, and coordinating the management of Integrated Non-Production test environments that support development, testing, and deployment activities.

Close collaboration with internal Technology, Operations Support, and Business teams is essential in ensuring adherence to best practices in Configuration and Release Management as well as Environment Management.

You will establish and maintain a governance framework for configuration deployment and release management, monitor and provide regular reports on the health of non-production environments, and manage the regular environment refresh cadence.

Key qualifications include ITIL Framework Knowledge, technical proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and relevant tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Jira.

Required experience includes demonstrated experience in IT release management, environment management, or a related role, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills within the DevOps CI/CD ecosystem.
