Job Overview

This is a key leadership position that has a significant impact on the organization's safety, sustainability, and performance.

  • Lead and develop a high-performance ESH team, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Partner with business areas to deliver outcomes in safety, health, environment, and sustainability.

Develop and implement comprehensive safety strategies, manage complex audit schedules, and forecast resources versus growth requirements.

Provide expert guidance on business development opportunities and targeted safety initiatives.

Oversee the Environmental Health Management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and 14001 standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead complex ESH teams effectively.
  • Develop and implement robust safety strategies.
  • Manage audit schedules and accurately forecast resource needs.
  • Provide expert advice on business development opportunities.

Essential requirement: Proven experience in critical risk management and/or programs.
