Healthcare Solutions Specialist

About the Role
As a Healthcare Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders across larger practices, hospital groups, clinics, and health systems. Your primary goal will be to deliver a strong performance as an individual contributor, setting a standard of sales excellence and leading by example when it comes to sales process and execution.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage enterprise sales opportunities within the Australian market, ensuring consistent lead generation, nurturing, and accurate sales forecasting.
* Use solution-based selling to understand client needs and tailor our platform to solve specific challenges within Enterprise healthcare organizations.
* Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, articulating the value of our autonomous AI products.
* Execute closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to drive market growth.

Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles with high ownership and urgency in fast growth tech.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build deep trust with senior healthcare stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales processes to deliver results.
* Highly autonomous, high ownership, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
