Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is a part-time, casual role that involves providing excellent customer service, hospitality, and retail experience. The successful candidate will be able to work across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with friendly and efficient service
  • Operate point of sale and cash handling with accuracy
  • Ensure strict compliance to company policies and procedures
  • Food prep and general cleaning duties
  • Store presentation and stock rotation

Selection Criteria:

  • Ability to work across a flexible roster
  • Effective communication skills
  • Retail experience, stock control an advantage
  • Hospitality experience an advantage
  • Team player with a positive attitude
