This leading-edge firm is expanding its Queensland presence and seeks an experienced and results-driven advocate to lead their local personal injury practice in the state.
Salary
$55,000-$75,000 per annum, reflecting the firm's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.
Job Description
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling CTP and public liability claims in Queensland, providing expert representation to clients and advocating on their behalf in court proceedings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A law graduate (to be admitted within the next three months) or an admitted lawyer in Queensland
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in Queensland personal injury law, including CTP and public liability
- Strong knowledge of relevant Queensland legislation and court procedures
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Self-accountability, proactivity, and a 'can-do' attitude
- Predominantly remote work arrangement, with occasional travel to Brisbane for court appearances and client meetings
