We are seeking a seasoned Digital Engineering Leader to spearhead our client-facing initiatives in the Australian market. This strategic role requires a strong leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • Promote our digital engineering services to establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, leveraging industry trends and technological advancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of projects
  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Grow demand for digital engineering services through targeted marketing and sales efforts
  2. Implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities
  3. Help develop BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability
  4. Communicate the value proposition to the organization and embed changes in the way BIM and collaborative information management practices are adopted across the project lifecycle
  5. Monitor technological innovations in the industry to ensure we remain contemporary in our delivery practices

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO 19650
  • A solid track record in developing and leading technically capable, diverse, and high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in leadership positions and change management
  • A sound understanding of the service lifecycle of assets, from investment decisions to planning, delivery, handover, and operations and maintenance
