Workplace Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our growing team in North Strathfield. Our client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health & Rehabilitation space, and we're excited to offer this opportunity.
About the Role- This is a full-time or part-time (4 days/week) position for an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor with a caseload of Workplace Health clients.
The ideal candidate will have a confident communication style, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have experience in vocational assessments and counselling.

Responsibilities- Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients.
- Focusing on quality and achieving outcomes through vocational assessments and counselling.
- Attend case conferences and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work outcomes.
- Build strong relationships and generate repeat referrals.
- Perform short-term counselling with people who have sustained a workplace injury (with SIRA eligibility required).
- Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Training and coaching, as the team grows.
- You have an ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification.
- All levels of experience are welcome, with great training available.
- You excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders, are comfortable working independently and in a team, energetic and positive, and enjoy making a difference to the lives of others.
- A driver's license and car are also required.
