About the Role

We are seeking an Election Operations Specialist to join our team in a crucial role that contributes to the success of our election operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistical aspects of our election processes.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference. You will be working closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our election activities, including the management of personnel, resources, and polling places.

You will be responsible for overseeing the training of staff, ensuring compliance with electoral procedures, and supervising the conduct of counts and reconciliations. Additionally, you will assist with the management of campaign workers, scrutineers, and ballot papers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the logistical aspects of election operations
  • Oversee the training of staff and ensure compliance with electoral procedures
  • Supervise the conduct of counts and reconciliations
  • Assist with the management of campaign workers, scrutineers, and ballot papers
Requirements

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
