The Role

We are currently recruiting Support Workers who will be responsible for delivering person-centred support requested by our Participants. These supports may include personal care, emotional support, domestic assistance, complex care, mental health and personal development.

As a Support Worker, you will provide community access services to assist people with a disability to be actively involved in their local community. Our Support Workers aim to make our Participants feel valued, respected and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.
