About This Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working across the full scope of our ANZ brands Pascall, The Natural Confectionery Co. and Sour Patch Kids. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and within allocated resources to support business growth.

  • Drive consistency and quality in project execution using established methodologies and tools
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to senior leaders and/or program managers when necessary
  • Be the primary contact for site stakeholders with respect to cost, capability, product and processes

You will also be accountable for delivering product, package and process changes by directing manufacturing commercialization initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading end-to-end project trials onsite in collaboration with RDQ teams
  • Providing technical input into the innovation-to-market (I2M) process and serving as the interface between plants and the commercial side of the business
  • Contributing to resource planning, utilization and budget management
  • Confirming the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live

The successful candidate will have proven experience in project management methodology, excellent communication skills, and ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to senior leadership committees.
