We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering effective swimming and water safety lessons to our members, while promoting a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Teach swimming and water safety lessons to students of various ages and abilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual needs and learning styles
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and parents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of aquatic programs and services
- Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (Essential)
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (Desirable)
- Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
