Job Description:

The Brand Manager oversees the development and execution of strategies to enhance the brand's position and drive growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, creating marketing plans, ensuring consistent messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business results.

  • Develop a long-term strategic vision for the brand.
  • Lead integrated teams focused on consumer needs and insights to drive the brand forward and impact overall brand and business growth.
  • Partner with product, merchandising, marketplace, and in-market teams to ensure product and consumer are at the forefront of all strategic planning and execution.
  • Enhance current portfolio and improve in-market and business performance through brand planning.
  • Work with sales teams to define brands and ensure adequate sales materials and promotional schedules/activations are in place to enhance brands.
  • Champion brands within the organization, driving brand education/profile, upholding alignment to core brand proposition, and driving brand equity.
  • Drive brand-related new product developments with overall responsibility for new lines in-market including launch, activation, and range support through retailer review periods.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute annual marketing plans.
