About This Role

RxPx is a global digital health platform that helps doctors, patients and caregivers more easily manage complex conditions and therapies.

We are looking to add an experienced full-time Healthcare Implementation Specialist to join our team and further our efforts in partnering with organizations in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences segment.

This role is open to candidates in Australia.

The Key Objectives of This Position
  • Document data mapping requirements, workflow triggers, and integration specifications for healthcare systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange using healthcare standards.
  • Validate integration requirements with clients and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their operational needs and challenges.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and training sessions for client teams.
  • Provide consultative guidance on best practices and process improvements.
  • Support troubleshooting and problem resolution during implementation phases.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, pharma, consulting, or related technical role.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Experience with healthcare information systems and implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7, FHIR preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and system configuration.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems and database management.
  • Understanding of system integrations and API concepts.
