Patient Care Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to provide support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for those with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Health Services who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a team-focused setting.
Main Responsibilities- Assist clinical staff in providing exceptional care and support to patients.
- Provide transportation services using hospital-approved equipment and vehicles.
- Support patients during admission and help them settle comfortably in their rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in patient areas, adhering to infection control protocols.
You will thrive in a dynamic hospital environment, be able to adapt quickly to changing demands, and consistently uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
To be Successful- Certificate III in Aged Care, Health Services, or Care Support (desired).
- Experience working in a clinical hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of infection control, manual handling, and hospital safety procedures.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
