Key Responsibilities- Embody the Reece values and policies, ensuring a positive and professional work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, including workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.
- Process sales and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and process orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff, building strong relationships and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the branch.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges are essential.
As a School-based Trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Saturday availability is a must, and additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to support your progress.
