Commercial Administration RoleWe are seeking a Commercial Administration Assistant to join our team in Canberra.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can work independently and as part of a team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, arranging dispatch of products, maintaining and updating the customer/product database, attending to incoming calls, making outbound calls to existing prospective customers, data entry and processing of sales orders, managing front-end communication with clients, receiving and receipting payment for goods, handling office administrative duties, working closely with other teams to fulfill customers' requirements, and ensuring compliance with credit procedures.To succeed in this role you should have previous experience in a customer-facing position, be great at multitasking and prioritizing, display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess intermediate numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to valued customers.
  • Dispatch: Arrange dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contacts.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer/product database.
  • Communication: Attend to incoming calls, make outbound calls to existing prospective customers, manage front-end communication with clients, and receive and receipt payment for goods.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle office administrative duties and work closely with other teams to fulfill customers' requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department.
