Software Engineer Job

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Python developer familiar with hardware and agile methodologies.

The role involves developing and maintaining test automation tools, supporting the creation of hardware solutions for test automation, and automating existing processes.

  • Maintain and develop new features to our Python based test automation tools like Checkbox.
  • Invent new ways to enable remote, automated testing.
  • Help build the software counterpart to in-house designed testing hardware.
  • Write functional and performance tests to support hardware enablement and protect from regressions.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of Python programming language, quality-oriented approach to software design and implementation, and experience working in an agile environment.

Previous experience working with Ubuntu or other Linux distributions is required. Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team is also necessary.

Candidates should have passion for tinkering, familiarity with the C programming language, and excellent communication skills.
