Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits on participant files against the NDIS Practice standards.

You will also support the business manager with key business projects including planning and implementation of new wage structures for supported employees. Additionally, you will troubleshoot funding and claiming related issues which may involve liaising with Local Area Coordinators, Plan Managers or other stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have previous experience conducting internal audits, uploading reportable incident notifications and requests for further information via PRODA. We welcome applicants with a passion for the disability sector and good knowledge of NDIS practice standards.
