As a key team member, the Aviation Maintenance Strategist plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of aircraft fleets.

Main Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities, including organizing parts and inspections, creating standard parts lists, and providing regular fleet reports and maintenance schedules to the maintenance controller.
  • Prioritizing and scheduling maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions to production while maximizing equipment uptime requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The Aviation Maintenance Strategist will also be responsible for monitoring maintenance trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance strategies.
Requirements
  • A solid understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an aircraft technician or engineer, with a proven track record in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Project, is highly desirable.
