Job Title: Registered NurseWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with The MyHomecare Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct clinical and personal care duties, with a holistic approach to in-home patient care
- Provide clinical judgement, creativity and sensitivity to develop care plans that are aligned to the client's assessed needs
- Monitor chronic and palliative conditions
- Assess wounds and attend to dressings as per the care plan
- Monitor and assist clients to use continence devices and change the IDC and SPC
- Assist with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting and denture care, and a range of other personal care duties
- Provide a high level of holistic care including social, emotional, spiritual support
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration, with a minimum 2 years practicing as an RN
- Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
- The right to work in Australia
- A current driver license, registration and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (The MyHomecare Group will organise via Work Pro at no cost)
- A current NDIS worker check
