Key Production Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee shift activities within our production facility, working a mix of days and afternoon shifts.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and quality standards. You will lead and direct shift activities to ensure production meets specification in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive line efficiency targets through effective implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Promote and support continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and control quality and environmental measurements according to ISO 9000 and HACCP standards.
  • Set clear expectations for the team, provide necessary resources, and monitor progress to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in an FMCG environment.
