We're seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team and make a lasting impact in the home care sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in elevating the quality of care and shaping the future of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative culture by leading a team of healthcare professionals and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide guidance and support to teams and stakeholders on clinical matters, leveraging your expertise to drive exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Risk Management and Quality Improvement: Oversee monthly audit and risk management processes to guarantee quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all home care operations.
  • Travel and Growth: Be open to travel across our expanding footprint, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Extensive experience in aged care or a related healthcare field, with a proven track record in leading and managing clinical and allied health teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, industry guidelines, and upcoming reforms affecting the sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing audit processes, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives within a clinical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clinicians, clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address complex clinical and operational challenges.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives and driving improvements in clinical practice and care delivery.
  • Flexibility to travel across our expanding footprint to ensure consistency and quality in care delivery.
  • Must hold valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • A valid police check in line with industry compliance requirements.
