Customer Ambassador

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Ambassador. As a key member of our local team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and their families to live the life they choose in their own home and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and onboard customers referred to Chorus, exercising your knowledge, judgement and professionalism to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with key referral stakeholders and customer allied health providers, applying your communication and engagement skills to drive collaboration and support.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to optimise the local's work, ensuring the best use of the team's skills and maximising outcomes for customers.
• Demonstrate your organisational talents and passion for customer wellbeing by maintaining and reviewing customer data and records on a regular basis.
• Manage all customer and support team communication channels into and out of the local, ensuring seamless interactions and effective support.
