About the Role

The Boutique Manager will be responsible for leading the team in initiating and developing long-term relationships with clients. This includes setting and monitoring CRM targets, implementing action plans, and supervising the use of CRM tools.

You will also be responsible for supervising the client database and cultivating relationships with VIC clients. Additionally, you will proactively propose activities to exceed client expectations, provide and implement action plans based on analysis of client purchase behaviors, and lead by example on the sales floor to improve business performance and customer service.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring full engagement with omnichannel services, creating and implementing monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans aligned with the Maison strategy, setting and monitoring retail targets for the boutique and individual stylists, actively participating in commercial activities, and proposing innovative ideas.
