Lead a team of educators in the development and implementation of literacy programs for students in Years 5-6 at St Martin of Tours School.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver and evaluate literacy programs that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to enhance their literacy teaching skills and ensure student outcomes
  • Work closely with other leaders to maintain consistency and coherence across the curriculum
  • Monitor and report on student progress and achievement in literacy

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in literacy education, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to Catholic Education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education or related field
  • Current VIT Registration
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education
  • Strong understanding of Victorian Curriculum and assessment strategies

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in leading literacy programs and developing curriculum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
