Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist to oversee the entire supply chain process from purchase orders to inventory documentation.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in computer systems such as Excel and other software tools. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and follow established processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating and issuing purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Processing order receipts to maintain accurate stock records
  • Reconciling purchase orders with supplier invoices to resolve discrepancies
  • Supporting the tender process and documentation as needed
  • Collaborating with various teams to share stock and delivery information
  • Maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality standards
  • Assisting with reporting and communication throughout the supply chain

The requirements for this role include:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data and documentation
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with computer systems such as Excel and other software tools
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes
  • Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or administration support is preferred but not required
