The Deal Advisory Tax team at KPMG is a dynamic and fun team that works on significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover a breadth of industries, including private equity, infrastructure, property, and financial services. As a member of this team, you will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct tax due diligence on clients and transactions
- Provide structuring advice on deal structures and fund structures
- Review transaction documents and tax models
- Assist with post-deal integration and transaction-related ATO and FIRB correspondence
Your Qualifications
- A tax professional with transactional experience or a passion for M&A
- A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients
- Strong tax technical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members
