Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the VIC Region. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping our Corporate Clients ($25M-250M Annual Turnover) manage their CreditorWatch account. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 accounts and focus on up and cross-selling of existing and new products, training, support, and regular contact.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers to drive net growth of your customer portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers - understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Respond to customers' needs and requirements in a timely fashion.
- Maintain correct and updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions and share with customers to position the company as a strategic partner.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have worked within the Account Management space (preferably in SaaS) for at least 3 years. You will be nurturing in your approach and have a way with customers, showcasing your amazing problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills.
