Coronado Global Resources, a leading producer of high-quality Metallurgical Coal, is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Planner to join our team at Curragh Mine. As a crucial link between maintenance and production teams, you will coordinate the timing and execution of short-term planned maintenance activities within the electrical discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule electrical maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment reliability and production efficiency.
- Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues and develop proactive maintenance strategies.
- Manage shutdowns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Address ad hoc tasks based on priority, operational needs, and resource availability.
Requirements
- Understanding of Asset Management strategies and Maintenance planning workflows.
- In-depth technical knowledge in the electrical field.
- Knowledge of life cycle costing and budget forecasting processes.
- Previous experience in planning and scheduling CHPP electrical maintenance activities is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of statutory laws and regulations governing maintenance in open-cut coal mines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Experience in the use of CMMS; Oracle, Viziya and SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.
