**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in our community.

This is an ON-CALL OVERNIGHT position, with the possibility of turning into a full-time role. The starting hourly rate is $14.60.

**Responsibilities**

  • Monitor residents and guests entering and leaving the community
  • Assist residents with requests as needed
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
  • Respond to emergencies and support emergency personnel

**Requirements**

  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills
  • 6-12 months of experience in front desk, receptionist, or resident relations roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Senior Living or Hotel experience a plus
