Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a customer-focused culture, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless.
- Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
- Work with leadership to build an effective store operation.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Support operational excellence by managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
- Is a supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Possesses commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs.
- Has an eye for detail and a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Has exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- Is genuinely interested in working in this industry and aligns with its values.
