Anglicare Victoria seeks a skilled Youth Advocate to join our team in Sunshine, providing specialist case management services to vulnerable adolescents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive case management services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that each young person receives the necessary support to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of adolescent development processes and be able to respond to individual and family issues with empathy and expertise. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate effective intervention skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to supporting clients in achieving positive change.

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with SCHCADS level 5, which includes an estimated annual salary of $93,860 plus superannuation.
