We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to join our dynamic Perth, WA team and contribute to our growth objectives. As a critical member of our team, you will lead a group of rehabilitation consultants, foster relationships with customers and stakeholders, and maintain a personal caseload.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide consultants to deliver exceptional results
  • Ensure the team's performance meets the highest standards
  • Foster strong partnerships with customers and other stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities and growth areas
  • Perform a range of assessments and case work

Requirements

  1. Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation is preferred
  3. A commitment to traveling (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence required)
  4. A confident approach towards collaborating with various stakeholders such as insurers, medical professionals, employers, colleagues, and employees

  6. A passion for mentoring and coaching
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  8. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  9. A high sense of punctuality and effective time management
