Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
About the Role- You will be responsible for the strategic management and delivery of civil and roads projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- This involves overseeing all aspects, from commercial and financial management to leading project teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will have 5 years of proven experience in major construction and infrastructure project delivery, preferably in civil engineering, roads, and/or defence.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Monitor and review project progress, adjusting resources, finances, and schedules as needed.
- Commercial & Contract Management: Drive and support all contract activities, including managing contractors, reviewing claims and variations, and handling subcontractor agreements and invoices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project team, conducting reviews and reporting on progress to senior management.
- Financial Oversight: Control project costs against budget, monitor productivity, prepare reports, and manage project cashflow.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
