As Sanitation and Hygiene Manager, you will lead the sanitation program to ensure compliance with global food safety standards. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement in sanitation practices and contractor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily health checks and monthly sanitation score reviews to maintain facility sanitation standards
  • Manage service provider activities for housekeeping and sanitation, including RFPs and KPI tracking
  • Conduct audits and provide coaching through daily sanitation audits and S&H audits
  • Maintain up-to-date plant sanitation documents to ensure compliance with local, regional, and global requirements
  • Collaborate with Quality teams to maintain sanitation zoning integrity and adapt cleaning protocols to infrastructure limitations
  • Coach and develop a team of Sanitation Coordinators to ensure they work to required standards

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in quality or sanitation roles within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading teams and ensuring accuracy
  • Strong negotiating skills with experience managing third-party vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with people throughout the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
