Job Title: Senior Engineering Delivery Professional

Role Overview

This is a pivotal leadership position within our organisation, driving technical excellence, operational efficiency, and commercial alignment across various projects. As Senior Engineering Delivery Professional, you will oversee the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet governance, technical, and performance standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in leading engineering functions within complex environments.
  • A proven ability to develop and implement design management strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness, enabling sound decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performance teams and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A clear and decisive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage risk and drive outcomes under pressure.
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant technical or management field, with post-graduate qualifications in business or management considered advantageous.
