Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Canossa Private Hospital (Oxley). As an Occupational Therapist - Patient Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients on our rehabilitation unit, liaising with other healthcare professionals and external stakeholders, and adopting an inclusive consumer-focused approach to care.

• Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote their independence and well-being.
• Liaison and Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health staff, to ensure seamless care and effective communication.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
