The Role

We seek a Senior Product Manager to elevate PayTo, our pioneering payment solution. This role involves crafting better experiences, driving adoption, and coordinating across teams to unify efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Operations: Identify opportunities to enhance product operations and collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with banks, payment service providers, and merchants to amplify customer experience and establish best practices.
  • Integration Opportunities: Explore integration opportunities with other solutions like ConnectID.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key metrics such as transaction volumes, pricing, and performance with the Data team.
  • Risk Management: Manage product-related risks in partnership with Compliance, Risk, and Fraud teams.
Go-to-Market Strategies
  • Affiliation and Adoption: Develop strategies to increase PayTo adoption among NPP participants and payment initiators.
  • Training and Support: Create training resources and go-to-market materials to support the Commercial team.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent us in discussions with regulators, industry bodies, financial institutions, and service providers.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with external partners to transition Direct Entry use cases to PayTo sustainably.
