Media Content Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Content Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cataloguing, planning, and communications around all upcoming content on our platform.

  • Stay across the event calendar, ensuring our systems are ready to take in new content from live channel partners, third parties, and video on demand systems.
  • Prepare and maintain an ongoing strategy of adding content to databases, including addition and removal of content based on rights windows and business rules.
  • Develop imagery and homepage surfacing strategies for new content, and collaborate with the Editorial team around premiere times, curation notes, and opportunities to promote.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of short-form content to utilize rights made available to us.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing media content on an enterprise-level CMS.
  • Experience with content systems such as Landmark & ScheduAll.
  • Strong data entry and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen interest in sports media and OTT products.
  • A self-starting attitude, happy to work proactively, both autonomously and in a team.
  • Passion, organization, process orientation, ability to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Will to challenge the status quo to come up with fresh ideas and processes.
