Merchandise Stocker

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Stocker to join our team at Costco Wholesale. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product presentation and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.

• Merchandising and Inventory Management
  • Stock and straighten merchandise on shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Clear and clean aisles to ensure safe navigation for members
  • Assist members with loading large items into their carts and provide product information
• Warehouse Operations
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plans and priorities
  • Write lists of products to be brought from the stockroom for stocking
  • Stock opened cases on shelves and move pallets of merchandise using manual pallet jacks
• Safety and Security
  • Observe and ensure correct product signage and labeling
  • Set up display models and modify displays for safe handling by members
  • Follow all safety and security procedures, including operating the cardboard baler and trash compactor
• Member Service
  • Provide prompt and courteous member service, including answering product-related questions
  • Direct members to products and assist with loading large items into their carts

• Assist with front-end duties as needed
• Assist other areas in the department as needed
• Assist in other departments of the warehouse as needed
• Create computer-generated signs
