Your Role



As a Support Worker, you will create an environment where customers' choice is paramount in a supported independent living (SIL) setting. This means helping our customers to build and live the life they choose. Each house has a different personality and rhythm. Tasks could include:

  • Personal care and medication administration
  • Using manual handling equipment to support clients with movement
  • Accompanying customers to appointments and adhering to specialist plans
  • Adapting communication approaches to include non-verbal customers


We will offer full training to workers who are new to the sector to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to best support our customers.
